Terms and Conditions for all general tours:

• The price includes taxes and duties, but excludes entrance fees and other costs 

• Tipping is always welcome but not mandatory. Salzburg Experience customers typically tip between 5% and 15% of the purchase price, depending on the duration and quality of the experience.

• We also appreciate you taking the time to rate your tour online.

• In the case of EU corporate customers, the VAT obligation is transferred to the service recipient.

• The organizational fee cannot be cancelled.

• Payment is made by bank transfer or online. You will receive an invoice with the account details.

• Cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the tour

• After that, up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.

• From this 24-hour period or if the group does not appear at the agreed meeting point, the tour is deemed to have taken place and the full tariff without deduction is due. 

• Delays are included in the tour time. 

• The Austria Guide's liability is limited to the amount of the agreed fee. 

• Participation in a guided tour is at your own risk. 

• ABGB, DSVOG apply, place of jurisdiction is Salzburg.

• Guided tours are conducted in accordance with current COVID rules.

Terms and conditions for the delicacy tours:

• For delicacy tours, the price depends on the number of participants   and will also be charged if fewer than booked participants show up on the day of the tour. 

• If there are early cancellations, the price will be recalculated and charged to you.

• Cycling is at your own risk.

• Participants must be healthy and fit for an easy bike ride.

• Participants must have learned to ride a bike and be able to move safely on a bike.
